2020 Sanzon Fleur, Sanzon Tokaj
Its Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains in disguise......
One of the newest areas to enrich the winery's portfolio. The heath near Tolcsva, with its southern location provides rich, juicy, fruity ingredients. Mixed rhyolite with tuff, bound lymphatic soil frames the fruitiness of Muscat with a vibrant structure.
After harvesting the grapes, they are put through a cold maceration for 4 nights, then fine pressing. The grapes also undergo a spontaneous fermentation in clay pottery. Here, the wine too, is matured on fine lees for 10 months.
The wine has a restrained, elegant fragrance, with serious structure framed by crystal clear acids. The wine also carries a Muscat fruitiness
Drinking temperature is preferably 10-12 degrees
