Certified organic farming, all work is done
manually except ploughing. The grapes are harvested by hand into small cases in order to protect the grapes. 



The fermentation takes place slowly in concrete egg tanks at temperatures between 18 and 23°. Only indigenous yeasts. Then our Pur Jus will stay between 10 and 12 months in the
same eggs.
100% nature, the wine will never meet or cross sulphites.

Tasting Note

Colour is golden with high reflections. Always surprising, the nose maybe reflects the quintessence of our winery, Sauvignon and terroir. Depending of the season you’ll open the wine, the variety of aromas goes from minerality, ocean sprays, quince, pears, almonds, acacia,
