10 months in barrels
Farmed at 300 meters above sea level, with a South Western exposure. A limited use of pesticides has been applied along no added herbicides and the wine is made sustainably.
The malolactic fermentation has occurred in stainless steel tanks and is later aged for 10 months in used medium toast French oak barrels. Thereafter, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats and bottled.
This wine is full-bodied with violet and spicy aromas. Notes of dark chocolate and red fruit can be found and it pairs well with lighter white meats.
1.3 gr/L of sugar
4.5 gr/L of total acidity
Preferred serving temperature is 16 to 18 degrees.
