Langhe Nebbiolo DOC "Funsu" from Cascina Ca'Rossa is made in Canale d'Alba and Santo Stefano Roero, where the grapes are exposed in the south, south-west areas at a 200-250m hight. The grapes are hand-harvested in the second week of October.

Winemaking
The ageing of the wine takes place in stainless steel tanks. Thereafter the wine ages for several months in the bottle.

Tasting Note
A typical Nebbiolo with a ruby red pigment. The nose is floral and fruity with scents of violet and rose. The light tannins pair well with antipasti containing raw meats, grilled or spiced red meat and aged cheeses.

Recommended serving temperature is 14-16 degrees.
